The objective was to offer our clients custom made programs targetting specific needs rather than off the shelf programs. Each program is tailored to the client's specific business. Based on proven educational methods and an in-depth understanding of our clients’ corporate culture, business philosophy, and the market, we have developed over the years a series of specialized courses in several key areas, such as:

All of our training programs are custom designed or adapted and structured to be highly interactive and are delivered “in house” as corporate training, while some programs are also delivered one-on-one.

A program that we are particularly proud is Managing In the New Millenium. This 2-day program provides managers and aspiring managers with vital tools to assure a positive interface with their team. (Some of our clients have requested that anyone managing personnel take this program and the results have been very positive -- Substantial reduction in turn over, better hires, better coaching therefore faster development of the employee and better return on investment)
